  1. Enokitake mushroom (optional)
  2. Organic Quick/Regular Oats
  3. 1 egg
  4. Organic Soy Sauce
  5. Organic Gojiberry
  1. Cook the Enokitake in water
  2. Add in Organic Oats of your preference and amount and cook well
  3. Crack an egg in together with the cooked Enokitake and Organic Oats
  4. After the eggs in well done in the Oatmeal, it is done.
  5. Pour it out into a bowl.
  6. Serve it with some Organic Soy Sauce and Organic Gojiberry to boost the nutritional value.
