These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Cost & Time
We only ship within Peninsular Malaysia excluding Langkawi for now. If you are located in East Malaysia or other countries and would like to purchase our products, welcome to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that we are only able to deliver a maximum of 30kg, maximum parcel size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm per order. The shipping cost is based on your location and product weight. Purchase items and key in your address at the cart page to check out the shipping fees to your location.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Dispatch Time
There are 3 delivery days available in a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please place your order before 3 pm to select the next available day for delivery (Example: If the next available delivery day is Friday, your order must be placed before 3 pm on Thursday). We will dispatch your items ordered base on the delivery date that you have selected.
Our warehouse operates from Monday – Friday, except for public holidays and weekends. In these periods, we will take necessary steps to ensure shipment delays are kept at a minimum.
2.2 Change Of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address requested at any time before the order dispatched out from our warehouse.
2.3 Delivery Time Exceeded
Please feel free to contact us if the product has yet to arrive for the date you have selected, so we can conduct further investigation. If we found that the parcel has lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
3. Tracking Notifications
It depends on your location and delivery methods. If tracking notifications are available, upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
4. Parcels Damaged In Transit
Wear and tear of the outer packaging is unavoidable. If you find the goods inside is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
If you change your mind to cancel the order, we are welcome to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched out. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
